About the Role:
- Manages contract-related configuration initiatives for SCAN Health Plan, including DOFR and NCN.
- Ensures configuration changes meet operational and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Lead configuration activities and translate contract terms into system settings.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and change-management processes.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in healthcare payer operations or health plan configuration.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
