Principal Product Manager, Contract Management

Role Overview:

• This role owns the strategy and roadmap for the products hospitals and health systems use to load, model, and monitor payer contracts, ensuring reimbursement accuracy and underpayment detection.
• You will report to the VP of Product Management and lead the largest engineering teams and bets in Contract Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own discovery and strategy for the most significant opportunities in contract modeling, fee schedule management, and underpayment detection.
• Build and defend business cases with cost, revenue, and ROI modeling to secure investment in new capabilities.
• Guide complex engineering teams and strategic customer relationships, using AI to de-risk ambiguous bets.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning large complex product areas.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payer contracting, or reimbursement methodology, with knowledge of regulations like HIPAA.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and willingness to travel up to 40%, while residing near a designated Collaboration Hub.
