Serve as a strategic HR partner and advisor to the Commercial leadership team, aligning people strategy with commercial and revenue objectives. Support sales enablement through talent planning, capability building, and performance optimization. Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development to ensure the right roles, structure, and skills are in place to achieve growth goals. Partner with Sales leaders on performance management, incentive alignment, and employee engagement initiatives that drive accountability and results.
Collaborate with Total Rewards and Finance to align compensation structures and sales incentive programs with strategic objectives. Identify and develop leadership talent within the Commercial organization; drive succession planning and career development initiatives. Analyze people and performance data to uncover insights, forecast talent needs, and inform proactive action plans. Coach and support sales managers to strengthen leadership capability and create high-performing teams. Champion Transcarentβs culture and values, ensuring they remain core to how we attract, engage, and retain top sales talent in a remote-first environment.
