Head of Operations – Australia & New Zealand (ANZ)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the ANZ fiat and digital asset exchange, ensuring operational resilience, scalability, and efficiency.
• Build and oversee operational frameworks across fiat onboarding, payments, customer operations, transaction monitoring, reconciliations, settlements, and custody.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Finance to implement controls aligned with AUSTRAC, ASIC, and AFSL requirements.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in operations within cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, financial services, payments, or banking.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, fiat payment systems, and exchange infrastructure.
• Experience leading operational teams and driving performance through data, automation, and process improvement.
