Role Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team to provide coaching, training and ongoing support to drive success across the oncology and haematology portfolio.
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through a mix of virtual and face-to-face customer interactions.
- Monitor market performance, analyse trends and implement actions to accelerate business growth.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience leading high performing sales teams in pharmaceutical products and/or services in oncology and /or haematology.
- Proven experience of direct people leadership within the rare disease / specialty biopharma and/or specialty pharmacy preferred.
- Comfortable operating and leading in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt and deal with change.
