Responsibilities:

  • Review current account development processes, messaging, and technologies, recommending areas for improvement.
  • Hold weekly territory outreach planning calls with assigned Business Development on newly identified Tier 2 Accounts.
  • Identify well-aligned potential clients using defined profiles and tools like Citeline, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline.
  • 5+ years in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry with full professional English proficiency.
  • Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.

Skills:

  • Keen understanding of the Oncology and Rare Disease Development market and Precision for Medicine's role.
  • High self-motivation, ability to work independently and in a team, and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and systems, and exemplary verbal and written communication.

Working Relationships:

  • Reports to the Business Development Leadership Team.
  • Collaborates closely with the global Business Development Team and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentors and trains new members of the Inside Sales team.
