Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales team to target strategic accounts and prioritize outbound plays (~60% of focus).
  • Take ownership of Marketing leads to build on initial interest and book qualified meetings with Sales (~40% of focus).
  • Understand hospital pharmacy challenges and articulate how Bluesight can help.
  • Establish new business relationships and hand off to sales executives.
  • Document and track all leads in Salesforce and Apollo.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity, listening, and empathy skills.
  • Effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Standard base pay range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year with uncapped commission.
  • Expected OTR of $90k+.
