Job Description
An experienced Manager is needed to join the SMB Customer Success team! The responsibilities include managing a team of high-performing SMB CSMs throughout the entire customer journey, coaching CSMs to provide a best in class customer experience while meeting revenue retention targets and mitigating renewal risks, and standardizing activities that SMB CSMs execute at each stage in the customer journey. The role also involves identifying, attracting, retaining and developing talent for the customer success organization and partnering with CS senior leadership to establish clear goals and metrics for the SMB team.
