Role Summary:

  • Supports requirements gathering, process documentation, and high-quality technical writing/editing of all ORIS deliverables, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge-transfer artifacts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Document workflows, decision-rights matrices, and Value Stream processes and maintain version control of enterprise curriculum and governance documents.
  • Perform tasks such as writing and editing materials, including reports, regulations, articles, training materials, brochures, and guidebooks.
  • Gather, analyze, and compose technical information for user manuals, training materials, installation guides, and proposals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or 6 additional years of specialized experience) and minimum 4 years of experience in requirements analysis, documentation, or technical writing in a health IT environment.
  • Strong command of medical/healthcare terminology and proven ability to translate complex clinical informatics concepts into clear materials.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience writing for VA or Federal EHR audiences.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Confluence.
