Job Description
As a T1 Support Agent, you will play a key role on the PartnerStack Customer Success team, helping customers and partners navigate and use PartnerStack to grow their businesses. You'll be part of a collaborative support team, providing timely and accurate solutions to end-users. Your responsibilities include investigating and reporting bugs, along with enhancing our support functions through initiatives like improving internal and external documentation. You'll directly interact with customers and partners via email, troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions. Effective communication, empathy, and product knowledge are essential to delight customers and ensure their needs are met. You'll also maintain help center content, be resourceful, and collaborate within the team.
