Join our Talent Acquisition team and help shape our hiring strategy with your sourcing expertise. You'll partner closely with recruiters, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Greenhouse, and Teamable to help scale our teams with top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
Tools & Search Expertise: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
Diversity Sourcing: Implement inclusive sourcing methods to build a diverse pipeline and support equitable hiring.
ATS Management: Manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse or similar tools; ensure data accuracy and smooth processes.
Referral & Network Engagement: Use Teamable (or equivalent) to activate employee networks and boost referrals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry sourcing trends and share insights to optimize our approach.
