Your Role:
- Own end-to-end delivery and client success for service engagements, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and client confidence.
- Partner closely with Principal Engineers, who own technical architecture, to ensure projects are well-run and risks proactively managed.
What You'll Bring:
- Highly literate in blockchain or AI systems with proven track record in complex software delivery.
- Strong command of scope, timeline, budget, and change control, with commercial instinct to track utilization and margins.
- Confident senior stakeholder management including C-level, with clear communication bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
