The Role:
- As a Service Delivery Manager, you advance Astronomer's Professional Services mission by ensuring delivery engagements run smoothly.
- You act as the operational lead, orchestrating work across technical delivery teams and maintaining alignment with customers and stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of customer engagements, facilitating cadences and tracking progress.
- Develop project plans, coordinate technical resources, and monitor services utilization.
- Surface delivery risks early and partner with sales to align with account priorities.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in project management or professional services delivery in a SaaS or technical services environment.
- Experience building project plans for technical implementations and managing multiple concurrent engagements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
