You will be the project manager and delivery lead for the managed services portfolio, owning client relationships, quality bar, processes, and people.
This role fixes the lack of a single owner across accounts, building the function from scratch.

What You'll Do:

Own the portfolio as the single owner across all accounts, managing entitlements to protect margin and flag risk.
Run the delivery rhythm: ticket intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, and resolution with SLA enforcement.
Onboard clients, hold weekly calls, lead service reviews, and build the operating model and playbook.

What You'll Need:

5+ years in managed services, premium support, or technical program management within B2B SaaS.
Proven enterprise customer ownership and strong end-to-end program management across multiple accounts.
Direct experience hiring, coaching, and managing support teams across time zones.
