Job Description
This is a full-time role that focuses on helping customers improve their research practices while adopting Maze. The Research Partner will work with the Customer Success team to drive strategic enablement, build scalable programs, and deliver hands-on support, helping teams assess their research maturity, advising on methodology and team structure, and equipping them with frameworks, playbooks, and scalable education.
The Research Partner will design and scale Maze’s customer onboarding program and build onboarding playbooks and frameworks that support both 1:1 bespoke journeys and scaled, repeatable programs. They will operate fluidly between 1:1 and 1:many, executive and practitioner, strategy and execution, shaping how Maze delivers strategic research guidance as a core part of our post-sale motion.
