Job Description

Implement Dare Foods Limited strategic business plans at the retailer for each client/banner in the assigned territory. Develop, implement and maximize an efficient and effective retail call coverage plan for the assigned territory in accordance with store classifications. Effectively utilize professional, fact-based selling techniques to achieve full distribution (product availability) of all designated products and gain incremental display/fixture locations. Proactively provide regular information and feedback to appropriate individuals regarding retail successes, challenges, opportunities and competitive initiatives. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with influential people and decision makers in the stores and develop results-oriented promotional presentations. Maintain a customer database containing various information (e.g., visits, calls, actions taken, follow-up actions, results, etc.).
