HR Business Partner

This HR Business Partner role at Real involves championing the company culture and driving a world-class employee experience by owning the entire employee lifecycle for the team in India. Responsibilities include employee lifecycle management, core HR program execution, HR analytics & reporting, and employee relations & support. The role requires a proactive and people-centric mindset, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to function independently as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The HR Business Partner will also act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and empathetic support while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
