What you'll do:

Lead and oversee delivery across oncology accounts, ensuring excellence in publications and medical affairs programmes.
Provide strategic direction to clients, driving alignment between scientific value and commercial objectives.
Identify and develop organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.

About you:

Extensive client services experience in medical communications, with a strong track record across publications and medical affairs.
Proven leadership expertise, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
Commercially focused, with experience identifying and driving account growth opportunities.
