Sr Product Manager for AI Solutions

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and execution of AI-driven capabilities within Mitratech's enterprise platform. You will define how intelligent features are envisioned, built, and adopted to create smarter, more adaptive workflows for clients. You will collaborate with engineering, design, domain experts, and enterprise clients to shape AI capabilities that balance innovation, usability, and trust. Define and own the roadmap for AI-powered features, driving the vision for how AI can adapt to client-specific needs while maintaining reliability and transparency. Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver AI features with guardrails, explainability, and user trust. Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients. Lead a globally distributed agile team with empathy and cultural intelligence. Foster alignment, accountability, and velocity across diverse teams.
