Role Overview:
- Act as product evangelist and subject matter expert for Veeva Clinical Operations products.
- Champion key product enhancements, including AI vision to guide customer transformation.
- Stay up to date with latest features, strategy, and roadmap.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
- Provide product education in meetings and online communities.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to inform release planning.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver valuable content and resources.
- Provide cross-functional expertise to internal teams including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Support.
- Develop rich relationships with key product users and influencers.
