About the Role:
- Under the direction of the Manager of Social Work, provides behavioral health and complex care management services at St. Luke's Hospital.
- Conducts behavioral health assessments and provides individual and family psychotherapy using brief treatment modalities.
- Serves as a consultant and resource to hospital staff in managing behavioral health disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with complex/chronic care management and longitudinal community support services.
- Document in electronic medical records and participate as a multi-disciplinary team member.
- Maintain BLS certification and comply with vaccination requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Current Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license required.
- Experience with EMR documentation preferred; BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay range USD $35.70 - USD $50.24 per hour.
- $7,500 sign-on bonus for LICSW/LMHC at hire.
