Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide GI-focused behavioral health services using evidence-based interventions like CBT and gut-directed hypnotherapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including MDs and dietitians in a digital integrated healthcare environment.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and maintain health records to support clients with chronic digestive conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or relevant field with active LCSW license in 3-4 states.
• 3+ years experience delivering CBT, relaxation strategies, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and administrative technologies like Zoom and Slack.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 USD per year with annual bonus eligibility.
