Legal Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain efficient legal workflows, including the management of the ticketing system and contract approval processes.
• Manage the legal department's annual budget, vendor relationships, and outside counsel performance.
• Evaluate and implement legal technology tools, including CLM, e-billing, and document management systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Legal Operations or similar in-house function.
• Proven expertise with legal technology solutions and tools like SimpleLegal and Lexion.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
