About the Role:
- You will take ownership of OET's operational processes across the board, including ISO27001 management, business compliance, risk mitigation, and vendor management.
- You will play a key role in ensuring operational responsibilities are managed consistently and effectively while reducing administrative burden on department heads.
- You will build the scaffolding that enables continuing OET success as we grow from 50 to more team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve operational processes, documentation, and governance processes.
- Coordinate and drive company-wide operational initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Manage vendor assessment, onboarding, and relationship processes in line with ISO requirements.
