Operational Excellence Lead I (PharmD)

Position Summary:

• Replimune seeks a field-based Operational Excellence Lead to support the launch of RP1, an oncolytic viral therapy.
• This role focuses on site readiness, workflow optimization, and multidisciplinary collaboration across US treatment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site readiness assessments and facilitate Operational Workflow Meetings with oncology and pharmacy teams.
• Support implementation of the RP1 Site Readiness strategy and ensure sites are prepared for first patient treatment.
• Capture learnings to develop best practices, playbooks, and implementation tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD or advanced degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in oncology pharmacy, cold chain logistics, and multidisciplinary healthcare team collaboration.
• Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) and proven project management skills.
