Construction Recruiter

Role Overview:

• Standalone recruiter role supporting active hiring needs and long-term talent pipeline development.
• Focus on skilled trades and commercial construction professionals.

Recruiting & Sourcing:

• Review submissions, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Proactively headhunt candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.

Coordination & Support:

• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners.
• Manage communication across active recruiting channels and assist with administrative or outreach tasks.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in US-based recruitment.
• Construction industry recruiting experience preferred, plus proficiency with sourcing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
