The Energy Field Recruiter partners closely with project leadership and hiring managers to proactively identify current and future workforce needs across multiple solar utility-scale projects.
This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract, source, screen, and coordinate skilled craft and hourly labor talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Build active talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach to support project staffing objectives.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans, job requirements, hiring forecasts, and local labor market conditions.
Coordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, workforce recruitment, talent acquisition, or related staffing functions is required.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills across multiple platforms, plus the ability to build relationships with field leadership and community partners.
Bilingual skills and willingness to travel periodically to project sites and hiring events are strongly preferred.
