Full Cycle Recruiter (Philippines-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for technical and professional roles.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
• Keep candidate records updated in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Core Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, job boards, and social media sourcing.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing or skilled trades.
• Background in process outsourcing (BPO), staffing, or similar fast-paced industries.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS and ZoomInfo is a must.

Working Conditions:

• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with North American time zones.
• Willing to work as an Independent Contractor (IC).
• Must have a stable internet connection and reliable work-from-home setup.
