Role Overview:
- Build and lead the FP&A function to provide forward-looking performance insights.
- Convert strategy into executable financial plans and enable stakeholder-conscious decisions.
- Act as a hands-on player/coach while developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise planning and forecasting with driver-based models and scenario analysis.
- Create an integrated performance-management system with KPI scorecards and variance analysis.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to support decision-making and financial stewardship.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Public-company fluency and experience in CPG, retail, or demand-driven environments.
- Strong analytical rigor and clear, courageous communication skills.
