Vice President, Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal expertise for drafting and negotiations of data center agreements (hyperscale and enterprise leases, service agreements, etc.).
• Support deal structuring on critical terms including joint ventures, land purchase agreements, and leasing terms.
• Partner cross-functionally to align legal positions with business strategy and delivery realities.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school with active bar membership; 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience negotiating hyperscale and enterprise data center leases.
• Comfort with legal ops, process building, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
