Overview:
- Shape and scale systems for the end-to-end revenue lifecycle.
- Define the strategy and system foundations for billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial operations.
- Refine documentation and financial systems handbook.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new integrations or data flows.
- Improve Quote to Cash efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
- Optimize billing processes, improve collections workflows, and resolve Order to Revenue bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Analyze and document end-to-end Quote to Cash and Order to Revenue workflows.
- Configure and support billing and subscription, CPQ, ERP, and CRM platforms.
- Design or support system configurations that meet compliance and audit requirements.
