Product Strategy, Insights & Business Impact:
- Own the end-to-end product insights function.
- Synthesize portfolio level data into executive-level insights.
- Partner with Product, GTM, Finance, and Executive Leadership to connect product investments to measurable business outcomes.
Product Operating Model & Enablement:
- Define and continuously evolve Tekmetric’s product operating model.
- Build scalable systems, frameworks, and rituals that enable Product Managers and cross-functional teams to operate effectively and autonomously.
- Champion data democratization by equipping teams with intuitive tools, dashboards, and training to self-serve insights and make informed decisions.
AI Transformation of the PDLC:
- Build a strategy for opportunities to leverage AI across the entire PDLC.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to embed AI into Customer insight generation, Roadmapping, and development workflows.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools that increase team leverage and reduce manual overhead.
