Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area end-to-end, tying work directly to company drivers.
- Frame the right problems before anyone talks about solutions; separate symptoms from root causes and validate with research, data, and first principles.
- Be AI-first in how work gets done: apply AI to workflows, automation, decision support, anomaly detection, optimisation, or forecasting.
Requirements:
- Experience operating as a Lead IC PM in complex enterprise domains.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous, high-stakes problems and create clarity, strategy, and execution for enterprise grade experiences.
- Track record of moving real business outcomes, not just shipping.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in energy markets or other regulated, capital-intensive systems.
- Experience building platform or capability layers used across multiple teams.
- Experience shipping AI-enabled products into production with real users and constraints.
