Job Description
As an HR Generalist, Field Support, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Sur La Table's retail teams across the country. Youβll be the go-to partner for district managers, store managers, and HR leadership helping them navigate employee relations, compliance, and operational processes with confidence.
This role is about fostering positive employee experience, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies, and providing solutions that keep our teams engaged and our operations compliant. Youβll combine your HR expertise with strong communication and organizational skills to deliver exceptional support where itβs needed most.
You will report directly to the HR Manager, Operations, and work closely with a passionate, collaborative HR team committed to delivering excellence to our retail organization. This role is challenging β above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, youβll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
