Charter & Group Sr. Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Draft and execute group and charter agreements, coordinating with legal counsel and managing renewals.
• Create and maintain charter proposals, administer client portals, and handle invoice payments and tracking.
• Support marketing by providing content and reviewing partner materials for brand accuracy.

Operations:

• Coordinate all pre-departure and onboard logistics, including guest programming and team collaboration.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, and manage internal file systems and project tasks.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate program updates to partners and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years in group travel or sales operations within hospitality.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills for handling multiple programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and strong written and verbal communication.
