Manager, EWX Operations

As Manager, EWX Operations, you’ll lead the team that powers the operational backbone of EWX—owning the processes, playbooks, and scaffolding that make our programs run at scale. You’ll oversee our coordinator/specialist team, partner on cross-functional program launches, and own the systems that help us go to market effectively—from change management and comms to measurement and reporting. You’ll also play a key role in how we tell our story—helping define how we measure success and communicate our impact to the rest of Coinbase. You will lead the EWX Ops Team & Daily Execution, Build the Scaffolding for Scalable, Effective Delivery, and Tell the EWX Story Through Data & Communication.
