Responsibilities:
- Make 20-70 outbound calls daily to land approximately 10 patient check-ins and schedule necessary medical services.
- Coordinate care by gathering medical history, documenting in EHR, and ensuring clear follow-up steps after patient visits.
- Escalate clinical issues to the team quickly and maintain patient engagement through supportive communication.
Schedule & Setup:
- Work 9am-6pm PST consistently in a fully remote role from anywhere in the U.S.
- Utilize company-provided equipment alongside EHR and internal care coordination systems.
- Receive dedicated administrative support to focus primarily on patient interactions.
Impact & Growth:
- Own a manageable caseload capped at around 140 patients to ensure quality care and fast access to brain health services.
- Follow a clear, performance-based path for career advancement to Lead or Manager roles.
- Operate in a structured environment with clear targets, emphasizing empathy and adaptability in a fast-changing field.
