Senior Consulting Engineer - LATAM

Responsibilities:

• Project Engineering & Consulting (50%): Serve as a team member on customer projects focusing on design, architecture, integration, implementation, and documentation.
• Consultative Support (50%): Provide case-initiated consultative support to strategic users, customers, and prospects, including implementation, onboarding, production launches, and POCs.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to product roadmap and account plans.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or Project Management.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in implementing and supporting distributed DBMS.
• Expertise with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their infrastructure services.
