What You'll Do:
- Analyze disputes and chargeback flows to decide the right action.
- Investigate cases end-to-end, including transaction timeline, evidence, money flow, and root cause.
- Build and review representment/defense cases that are clear, well-documented, and win-oriented.
What We Need From You:
- Comfortable using LLMs/AI tools and curious about agent frameworks like LangChain or Mastra.
- Some coding/scripting comfort (reading code, SQL, light automation) without being an engineer.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solver mindset, and attention to detail for prioritizing a busy queue.
