- Collaborate with teams to transform disputes intake, investigations, and resolution.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in operations or process optimization with a track record of scaling via technology.
- Expertise in AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
- Owner’s mentality, analytical instincts, and high integrity.
