New Launch Project Manager

About The Role:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and resource allocation for unique properties.
• Coordinate the activities of a broad mix of teammates from Real Estate, Partner Success, Operations, Legal/Regulatory, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ensure that our highest priority new building launches deliver on time, on budget, and generate a great outcome for Kasa.

Day in the life of a Kasa Project Manager:

• Managing the flawless execution of specific property launches and developing project schedules.
• Working with stakeholders from Operations, Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure that each launch is funded and set up for success.
• Clearly documenting learnings, improving launch checklists and processes, and capturing relevant institutional knowledge.

Experience:

• You understand the key stakeholders (property owners, property managers, and on-site staff) in institutional real estate and/or hotels.
• You have worked in a remote setting and are a clear communicator both in person and from afar.
• You are obsessive about clear documentation of learnings, and always approach a problem with the mindset of how you could scale the solution.
