Help Brightseed see, shape and seize opportunities for Brightseed’s products and be a part of changing the future of health. Reporting to the SVP of Commercial, the Director of Sales will play a strategic role in driving revenue across the consumer health based B2B ingredient market.
You will set the vision for and drive a sales strategy focused on helping Brightseed achieve its full potential, exceed sales quotas, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through tactical and strategic selling. You will foster strong relationships and drive business growth with key customers and prospects managing contracts, and identifying new sales opportunities. You will partner closely with Marketing to generate leads, enhance brand activity, and execute regional and national trade shows and events.
You will develop and execute strategic business development, sales, and pricing plans, aligning with company goals, expanding market share and ensuring a realistic sales pipeline. You will identify and qualify new potential customers leveraging your existing network as well as expanding beyond through your own proactive outreach. You should build trust and partner with R&D, Marketing, and Product Management with the spirit of customer centricity and continuously identify cross-selling opportunities, optimize channel contracts and customer investments. You will assist leadership in analysing and summarising key business elements; Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
