Engineering Manager, Online Bookings area (100% remote-friendly within Spain)

Lead the Patient Bookings (PB) and Search Traffic Acquisition (STA) teams, reporting to the Engineering Director. Work closely with Product and Design leadership to shape one of the most impactful parts of Docplanner’s platform. Drive significant product impact through deep focus on conversion, UX, and operational excellence, owning both short-term experiments and long-term architectural evolutions. Manage the team, facilitate technical decisions, and manage external agencies supporting solutions development. Develop project scopes and objectives, act as a hands-on project manager, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Build relationships with stakeholders, develop people through guidance and coaching, and foster a team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. The role requires a strong product mindset and ownership over user outcomes.
