Job Description
Serve as primary contact for all customer communications. Process RFQβs, follow to completion, and support new product launch, coordination and management. Responsible for sales order administration, communicating order status in a timely manner, and following the RMA process. Update customer communication log as needed and run reports on delivery performance, open orders, and other data as required. Maintain open and closed order files, process contract amendments, and assist other departments as needed. Complete all corporate training requirements and comply with ISO-9001 quality standards. Set and track personal & business goals.
