Manager of Credentialing

Lyra is looking for a Manager of Credentialing to lead Lyra’s credentialing team. This role involves overseeing all comprehensive credentialing and recredentialing for our network of health care professionals. This position manages the credentialing team, ensures adherence to all credentialing standards, and leads accreditation compliance. The ideal candidate brings a robust background in healthcare credentialing, a deep understanding of compliance landscapes, and proven team leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include leading credentialing, serving as an SME, defining KPIs, developing reports, implementing new technologies, ensuring data integrity, and providing team leadership. Qualifications include 8+ years in healthcare credentialing, knowledge of NCQA standards, expertise with credentialing software, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include NAMSS Certification (CPMSM/CPCS) and experience in payer relations.
