Sales and Business Development Manager

Stonegate Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Sales And Business Development Manager (SBDM) with a strong focus on hunting and generating leads to join our dynamic sales team. As an SBDM, your primary responsibility will be to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities to fuel our company's growth. You will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base and establishing new relationships with potential clients. The SBDM will specifically be responsible for selling 2 offerings: 1) Our STAMP Software-As-A-Service retention automation solution 2) Syndicated market research on key trends in the health and wellness sector. The SBDM will prospect and identify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, social media, and industry research. Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients in order to tailor sales pitches and solutions accordingly. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress and updating CRM systems regularly.
