About the role:
- Own the AI-powered support and self-service platform, deciding extension, migration, or build.
- Co-own operational standards like escalation protocols and SLA targets with support leadership.
What we are looking for:
- Director-level experience leading cross-functional tribes in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLM/RAG integration and conversational AI evaluation.
- Track record owning support tooling or AI-assisted resolution.
