IT Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, maintain, and optimize scalable IT infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Automate IT processes, provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and associated automation tools.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, with experience automating IT processes.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure including Linux, Windows, networking, identity, device management, and monitoring.

Collaboration and Support:

• Collaborate with global IT, development, and security teams to optimize workflows and improve deployment reliability.
• Provide Tier 3-level support for critical IT systems and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Document IT processes, train teams, and provide clear communication across time zones.
