Responsibilities include defining project scope, leading meetings, preparing reports, managing risks, and driving business process improvements. Further duties involve managing system implementation decisions, updating process documentation, delivering agile transformation plans, using performance metrics, and ensuring project quality and adherence to schedules. An ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and experience working with public agency interfaces.
