What You'll Do:
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visit screening questionnaires with patients by phone.
- Make outbound calls to schedule and complete screenings.
- Document patient responses accurately in the EMR while on the call.
What Success Looks Like:
- Comfortable with high daily call volume.
- Screening calls completed in under 20 minutes.
- Consistently meeting productivity expectations with minimal errors.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Medical Assistant with phone experience.
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
- Comfortable with coaching and medical vocabulary.
